Five independent projects, each shipped solo. Not case studies from a portfolio deck. Systems running in the world, with my name on the failures as well as the wins.
Victora.ai
Learns a business deeply, builds the customer context that follows from it, then reads where those buyers actually gather and returns a list of real people already asking for what the business sells. Each with a link and a stated reason it matches.
The interesting part is not the scraping. It is the context: understand the business first, and everything downstream gets better. That principle shows up in every system I build.
Aunt Mabel
A warm daily voice call for an elderly parent living alone. Real conversation, not a script, with live escalation to family the moment something is wrong.
This one came out of the field. After every storm the same pattern turned up: older people, alone, nobody checking. Voice AI got good enough to do something about it, so I did.
InkThorn
A standing crew of AI agents that gathers and publishes a daily New Orleans intelligence dashboard. Live music from WWOZ, comedy listings, weather, all assembled and shipped without anyone touching it.
Built as a proving ground for autonomous agents doing real recurring work on a schedule. It has been running daily and quietly ever since.
TextOS Archived
An operating system that ran entirely through text messaging. No app, no dashboard, no login. You texted in, the system texted back, work got done.
Architected solo on Cloudflare Workers with a 31-table Postgres schema and an orchestration engine running thirty-plus workflows from plain language. No longer active, and worth listing anyway: the context architecture underneath it became Victora, which is the better idea.
Ground Force Humanitarian Aid
The disaster relief nonprofit I founded in 2016, formerly Cajun Navy Ground Force. Data-driven relief aimed at the people most often left behind after a storm: the elderly and the disabled.
Twenty-plus deployments across nine years. I created SAFE Camp, a forward operating base model funded by the Walmart Foundation, and directed a twelve-week Hurricane Ian response that moved more than $10M in aid. It is a 501(c)(3) with Candid Gold transparency, and it is where I learned that logistics, data, and storytelling are the same discipline under pressure.
Shipped, not slidewared.
Each one went from idea to running system solo, which means every architectural decision has my name on it and every mistake taught me something a case study would not. When I scope your project, the estimate comes from having done the work, not from having managed someone who did.
